Managed Services
We have a strong presence in Scotland but it is company policy
to provide Local Management of services wherever they may be. Therefore, when a contract is set up, we always install a local
manager on a full-time contract of employment who manages all aspects of service provision, backed up by appropriate supervision. In this way, the client knows we have a dedicated approach to delivering their requirements.
For each locally managed contract, we formulate a management framework that includes a comprehensive package of our
own office and quality assurance systems, health and safety procedures and recruitment processes, which are then tailored
to meet the client’s exact requirements.
If the client requires more than temporary labour provision, whenever feasible, we engage staff on a full-time basis, ensuring
consistency and quality.
